amiina X-mass Calendar Countdown

amiina was originally a string quartet from Iceland during the late 1990’s, who had then become the string section for Sigur Rós for the next decade.

Now a sextet with two full-length albums, amiina is treating their fans to an Icelandic X-mass tradition with their own version of a little X-mass countdown for the first 24 days of December.

Visit amiina’s web site each day until X-mass eve to find their little treat behind a snowflake calendar.

Their first little treat on December 1st was a track that was never released, which you can listen to below. You’ll have to visit their web site daily to experience the rest of their treats.

Revy started MashupCiti in 2007 out of pure greed and laziness in an attempt to acquire as many mashups as possible. Lover of all things bizarre and silly, Revy may be a genius or just a regular guy. It's sometimes hard to tell.
