From Totom, comes a really fantastic mashup! I for one am really surprised how well this works. It maks Timbalands “The Way I are” and makes it kinda sad and serious. Very neat stuff. And today, since it is -49 degrees (°C) outside in my city, Totom gives me all the more reasons to stay in and avoid being frost bit. I’m trying to come up with some cheesy cross over for frostbite and mashups…but nothings coming. You have NO idea how bloody cold it is out here today!

Next on the list is this interesting article on the legality of ‘mashups’. While they are mostly talking about video mashups, the same argument is available for music mashups! Pretty cool and worth a read as its a short and straight to the point article. Recut, Reframe, Recycle.
BAHAHAHAHA! Good times!!!! So I was just having a gooder conversation with Xaxen (I think it was that n00b) about what kind of commercialization we might see mashups in. I really don’t care honestly, I just need to get my fix sometimes ya know? So it is kinda cool to see team9 talk about this kinda thing…and put something together. Regardless, it’s interesting and if the tune makes ya smile and toe tap…could it be so wrong?

Ahhh. DJ Morgoth has become something akin to my favorite up old sweater that when I put on…the world just seems right. Except, ya know, Morgoth isn’t an old sweater. Just a bloody fantastic mashup artist. Yup. BLOODY FANTASTICA! Fantashup…or mashastica? Never mind. This track(s) is a great fusion of a classic Depeche Mode tune and Planetakis. Comes of with a great mashup fo sho. There are actually three versions of this, but one of them is busted, so I’ll just post the two for now.
